Dot series glass railing can be found on the main lobby stairs. Stainless steel side node mounts with baseplates were stud welded to the stair stringer. Up front coordination with Empirehouse was essential to assure the designed system would work with the minimal clearance between the curtain wall/framed wall and the side of the stair. Cardinal Glass Industries supplied the 1/2” clear tempered glass, and a film was field applied onto the glass to achieve the desired look.
