ARROWHEAD STADIUM

Sightline engineered, fabricated and installed a demountable aluminum SC Pro Riser seating system at Arrowhead Stadium to support the venue’s transition between professional football and international soccer configurations. The system replaced 13 rows of permanent concrete seating along a sideline and was designed to restore seating capacity for Chiefs games while allowing the area to be removed for FIFA competition.

Sightline also developed a field wall solution to create space for electrical panels behind the existing field pads while supporting the stadium’s temporary layout changes. To help meet the aggressive project schedule, Sightline conducted a 3D scan of the existing stadium and used point-cloud data to inform design, engineering and fabrication, helping the new systems integrate accurately with existing conditions.
